Features of interest include the huge blue and red pointed east window of the Heavenly Host by Christopher Webb and a double, star-shaped chandelier. St Michael & All Angels is a Grade II* listed building designed by architect Nugent Cachemaille-Day (consecrated in 1937). The church's unattractive exterior hides a beautiful and awe-inspiring interior. The church is an unusual star shape consisting of two interlocking squares.
