Heritage Open Day: Two-day history event celebrating Worsbrough's rich industrial and social heritage. There will be several exhibitions and family friendly activities as well as short wellbeing heritage walks. The event is being held in partnership with Worsbrough Ward Alliance and local community groups. This year’s theme is 'Travel through the ages - a history of transport in Worsbrough'. The event will showcase the different modes of transport and how they contributed to the industrial and social development of the area. Exhibitions will include information on the canal, railway, tram and wagon coaches.
