This workshop will explore the process of tapping into our tactile senses, stage presence, movement through space and how to physically embody character. 80% of communication is nonverbal, and during this workshop we will begin the journey to understanding how we can master our physical and emotional body. Harlan Rust Trained at London Contemporary Dance School and has since worked at the Royal Opera House, The Barbican and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival while taking part in a number of national and international tours.
