Originally from Malawi, Baird spent his formative years in Edinburgh, and is now based in Oxford. Brian Throup accompanies on Double Bass and Tom Neill on Piano. So slickly done that it could (and shouldn’t) go unnoticed. THE STAGE -- Windsor Jazz Club is a monthly jazz club night, every third Sunday, in the relaxing and atmospheric Hope live music bar on Alma Road in Windsor. The club brings new artists to the town, playing a mixture of well-loved jazz standards and original compositions. The evening starts at 8pm (doors at 7:30) and presents an hour and a half of live music with an interval halfway. The music finishes around 10pm and the venue is open until 11pm for socialising. Come along to meet other lovers of live music, jazz followers, aficionados and musicians.
