Join us for an entertaining evening of fantastic live music and food on the last Friday of every month. This month’s local performers Axum Folk Ensemble Axum Folk Ensemble is an eight-piece folk band from the north-east of England. They bring traditional tunes from around the British Isles and beyond performed in lush new arrangements. “Stunningly beautiful music mixing tradition with invention to deliver a truly haunting sound that draws out every fibre of each tune they approach.” Tim Carroll, Folkwords “Drenched with atmosphere and real emotion.” The Crack Magazine Café & Bar: Our Chef will be rustling up some delicious food for the evening, with our Café Bar serving alcoholic drinks (along with non alcoholic drinks) and sweet treats available to purchase and enjoy alongside the live music.
