History Walk Two Mile Bank, Theddlethorpe to Gayton

Meeting at 10am at the pull-in opposite Gayton Engine Pumping Station.
Free to join the walk. No need to book, just come-along.
Any donations towards this walk will go to GOTEC (Guardians of the East Coast, campaign group against the proposed Nuclear Waste Dump).
Pull-In opposite Gayton Engine, Thacker Bank, Theddlethorpe, near Mablethorpe LN12 1PJ
Following the announcement that land between Gayton-le-Marsh and Great Carlton is now being considered for a nuclear waste dump. This 2-mile walk will take the group to the potential location of the dump, to help people understand the history of this area. A beautiful part of the Lincolnshire Marshes with a rich heritage, productive ancient farmland, popular with visitors enjoying the coast and countryside.
