Learn how to get the best out of your smartphone camera. Join Jet as she guides you through how to get stunning, creative images, with just the camera in your pocket. You will cover composition, light, macro (macro lenses will be provided), and generally looking at the world a bit differently. At the end, you will be doing some editing using one of the best - free - editing apps around. No prior experience is required, and it is suitable for any make and model of smartphone. Bio Jeanette (or Jet as she is known), is the founder of Jet Black Squares, a company dedicated to making photography accessible to everyone, not just those with a ‘big’ camera. Coming from a teaching background in the East End of London (many years ago), and then retraining as a professional photographer, she ran her corporate and commercial photography business, for 14 years. Around 7 years ago, she combined her love of teaching and photography and started running smartphone photography workshops - and now doesn’t even own a ‘big’ camera any more. Jet Black Squares has now grown and has locations all over the UK, Ireland and France, all running smartphone photography and videography workshops for anyone who owns a smartphone. Jet lives in Hertfordshire, and can be seen whizzing around the streets on Basil, her wonderful Vespa scooter...
