Focusing on wellness and wellbeing, explore reflexology, massage, yoga and mindfulness, take guidance from mediums or tarot readers. Find support for mental health, men’s health, and women’s health. Browse the exhibitors and enjoy amazing live music and food stalls. Event founder Chris Cozens is celebrating Life Arts’ 27th year. He said, “We have specially selected 100 stallholders and will offer amazing experiences, such as our Yoga Space, Talks Space and Workshop Space - we will also have amazing food for all diets with our Noodle Bar, award winning Phat Pasties, Coriander Kitchen Indian food, Juicy Bar cold pressed juices and smoothies, plus fresh quality coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks. Plus for the first time a kids space!.” 50p from every ticket sold goes to Emmaus Suffolk, a local charity supporting those at risk of homelessness.
