Yoghurt Making Workshop

The workshop is 2.5 hours, and runs 10.00am-1.00pm Bore Place, Bore Place Road, Chiddingstone, Edenbridge TN8 7AR Breathe a little life into your dairy! Learn to make delicious live yoghurt and yoghurt cultures from scratch. During this workshop you will not only learn to make yoghurt using a starter culture but also learn how to develop your own starter culture. You will learn how to use your home's ‘warm spots’ with easy adaptations to incubate yoghurt. The workshop will be led by Rachna Jhala, the founder and director of Happy Belly Foods, which uses milk from the Bore Place herd to make their delicious dairy products.
