Higher Bridge Clough House, Rossendale BB4 9SB Nestled within Rossendale farmland in an exposed site the garden is split by a meandering stream. There are raised mixed borders with shrubs and perennials enclosed with loose planting of shrubs and water loving plants around the stream.
