Shaw House | Sunday 29 June | 3pm – 4.30pm | £10 Shaw House, Church Rd, Shaw, Berkshire RG14 2DR We invite you to join us in the historic grounds of Shaw House to enjoy a healing sound bath with instructor Veronika. Appreciate the present moment with southing sounds that will provide a grounding and relaxing afternoon. This will be an outdoor event, lasting approximately 1.5hrs, so please bring with you a yoga mat and warm, comfortable clothes. Should there be poor weather conditions the class will be moved indoors. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event. Unfortunately, anyone who arrives after the scheduled start time will not be permitted due to the nature of this sound sensitive event. The café will be open for refreshments. PLEASE NOTE: This session is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitive conditions, pregnancy (1st trimester) and anyone with metal plates in the body.
