West Berkshire Museum The Wharf Newbury RG14 5AS The Arts Award Discover at West Berkshire Museum is an arts and craft self-led project for the summer aimed at 6-12 years and includes attending two summer Messy Museum Mornings of your choice (six in total to choose from). To sign up and collect a pack (including the Discover map, ticket and craft kit), please come to the museum reception and pay £12 (per child). Packs are available from 28 May onwards (and throughout the summer holiday while stocks last). The fee covers the cost of the A3 Discover map, a ticket to two Messy Museum Days (July/Aug), craft kit (random one supplied), and a certificate (subject to successful completion and submission of a map). The deadline for submitting the completed Discover map in at the museum reception is Sunday 21 September 2025. Discover is the entry level for the Arts Award and aims to support young peoples’ creative development; it is administered by Trinity College, London.
