Adults £5, accompanied children free Newnham Village, Sittingbourne, Kent ME9 0LL Come and enjoy an afternoon at one of Kent’s favourite Open Gardens days in the Syndale valley set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Some lovely village gardens will be open for you to enjoy. Gardens open from 1pm to 6pm. Teas will be served from 2.00pm to 5pm at New Calico. There will be a plant stall at the church where there will also be a flower display. There will be Pimm’s, local beers and filled rolls available on the village green where local men's singing group, Lowering the Tone, will be performing at 2.30pm. Open gardens include Sandhurst Farm Forge on Seed Road, ME9 0NE, which will also be hosting craft displays and demonstrations as part of South East Open Studios.
