Celebrate National Garden Wildlife Week this May half term at Beetham Nurseries with a week full of family-friendly activities, nature discovery, and tasty treats – all themed around the amazing wildlife that thrives in our gardens! Wildflowers in The Growing Nursery Be among the first to explore our brand-new wildflower range launching in The Growing Nursery! These beautiful, pollinator-friendly plants are ideal for attracting bees, butterflies and other vital insects to your garden. Meet the Bees – Friday 30th May, 11am Join us in the marquee for a buzzing session with Cross Apiary, who will be sharing the fascinating world of bees! Meet the bees themselves and enjoy a honey tasting experience – you won’t believe the variety of flavours. A fun and educational experience for the whole family! Family Art Morning Bob Sutcliffe OBE will be running an art workshop with a special wildlife theme. Think bees, butterflies, hedgehogs, and more! This is a paid workshop. Tasty Treats in the Cafe All week long, enjoy special honey-themed cafe delights, such as date and honey scones. Don’t forget to stop by for some wildlife-themed colouring fun too!
