Trio Paradis Café Concert: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Entrance by donation Holy Trinity Church, Bradford-on-Avon BA15 1LW Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45am at Holy Trinity Church: informal music events with a café where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music. The music for May's concert is inspired by summer and dreams, and includes an arrangement of Dream Children by Elgar, ‘Jacob’s Dream’, the second movement of Trio Hob XV:31 in Eb by Haydn, and music by Mendelssohn, Lili Boulanger, Turina and Rachmaninov. Concerts last c45mins. There's no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Turn up early for best seats and choice of cakes as these concerts are very popular!
