Edward Alderton Theatre Open Day

Everybody welcome, free event. Running from 2pm-6pm 5 Brampton Road, Bexleyheath DA7 4EZ Have you visited the Edward Alderton Theatre? We're tucked away behind the Learning and Enterprise College Bexley and next to Crook Log Leisure Centre at 5 Brampton Road, Bexleyheath. We have 74 seats and each year produce six plays in a season that runs from October - July. You can expect to see classic dramas, modern work and screen to stage adaptations. There's something for everyone. Run entirely by volunteers, there's also something for everyone when it comes to running the theatre. Whether you want to act or direct, design and build sets, learn all about stage sound and lighting, get involved in marketing or take on a Front of House role welcoming our audiences to the theatre - all are welcome to join us and play a part in bringing great theatre to the local area!
