Has he really got two daughters called Sabrina, or is one of them telling porkies? Where is Frank, the Taxi Driver? What was the Pope doing in the woods? And, perhaps most importantly of all, why is there a lamp-post in the living room? These are just some of the questions facing the indomitable Drake and his faithful sidekick Sergeant Plod in this hilarious farce. Armed with a magnifying glass, a banana, and the blind optimism of a man who once tried to arrest his own reflection, Drake is determined to crack the case. Clues are chased, suspects are interrogated, and no one is safe from Drake’s unique brand of logic. Penned by comedy mastermind David Tristram, Inspector Drake and the Perfekt Crime is a whodunnit which is more Clouseau than Poirot. A whirlwind of farce, plot twists, and glorious nonsense.
