Drumming in the woods

We will meet at 9.30am and finish around 12.00 midday

You can pay cash or card in the day but please book so I know your coming Whippendell woods Grove Mill Ln, Chandler's Cross, Rickmansworth WD3 4NA Join me at Whippendell woods for a refreshing afternoon of forest bathing and shamanic drumming to celebrate Summer Solstice. We will meet at the car park on Grove Mill Lane. Both forest bathing and drumming are both meditative practices and encourage the release of stress, reduce anxiety and have other numerous health benefits. This is a relaxed, fun and inclusive group welcoming all aged 15+. No previous forest bathing or drumming experience is needed as both are intuitive practices and I will guide you throughout. We will start the morning with a grounding meditation and then flow into our Shinrin Yoku practice before connecting with our drums and drumming together. I do have a limited number of drums for people to use so if you have a drum then please let me know and bring it with you. We will go ahead in all weather so please dress accordingly and be aware that we will be walking in the woods for those with mobility issues or sight impairment.
