Cost is £40 (or an agreed exchange) Hertfordshire HP3 8JL I am happy to offer a range of Reiki treatments either at my home or yours. I am available Monday to Wednesday. If you prefer an alternative time/day, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Reiki originates in Japan and is a form of energy healing. It is a very gentle practice which involves laying hands on or over the body. The client generally lays down during the treatment which lasts up to an hour. I often crystal Reiki and Reiki drum as well as Reiki gong baths. Reiki is a complementary or alternative health approach. Although it does not directly cure disease, nor is it a formal medical treatment. there is a lot of evidence that Reiki can benefit people with a variety of physical, mental or spiritual challenges Some of the health benefits of reiki may include: *reduction of pain and fatigue levels *depression, anxiety, and stress relief *improved sleep quality * an overall sense of wellbeing and balance.
