Free to attend. Sunday 3 August Ethiebeaton Park, Monifieth, Dundee DD5 4HB This month our Little Seedlings will travel back hundreds of millions of years to learn all about Prehistoric Plants! They’ll start by learning about dinosaurs from different time periods before telling some (very!) tall tales about their favourite dinos. We’ll then learn about the plants that have stood the test of time, outliving the dinosaurs and are still found in our gardens and green spaces today. There’ll also be more games and a chance to make a fossil to take home! The free Little Seedlings Club takes place every month and gives children the chance to learn something new about a variety of topics, while having fun in a friendly group setting and taking part in some hands-on activities. Prehistoric Plants, taking place on Sunday 3 August, will educate children on the plants that have been around since theif favourite dinosaurs, and give them the opportunity to take part in fun games and hands on activities. They’ll learn about some of the different dinosaur eras, about fantastic fossils and prehistoric plants, as well as getting to share their favourite dinosaur stories and make their own fossil to take home.
