10am - 11:30am The Swan at Streatley, High Street, Streatley-on-Thames RG8 9HR Experience calm and meditative inner and outer worlds through Qi Gong movement and a Sound journey. Bathe in the vibrating tones of different frequencies created by various sacred sound instruments - including the Moon Gong, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, Rain Stick and Koshi Chimes. Activate your energy and release what no longer serves you through conscious breath and healing sound. We'll start with a gentle breathwork session followed by a restorative sound bath.
