L’aperitivo & Canapés Your evening begins with a sparkling Aperol Spritz, served as silver trays of handcrafted Italian-inspired canapés circulate through the drawing room. Wild mushroom caviar, parmesan crisp, lemon gel Beef shin croquette, peperoncino mayonnaise Ham hock terrine, prune ketchup, pickled mustard seeds Whipped chèvre, pickled cucumber, lemon balm Mingle, sip, and let the magic begin. The Dining Experience Guests will then be invited to dine in the ballroom for a gourmet two-course dinner, created by the highly acclaimed Gourmand Pierre—a chef renowned for his refined, theatrical take on classic cuisine. His bespoke menu for the evening blends seasonal British produce with bold Italian flavours—each dish paired with wines selected exclusively for the occasion from Fleur Fields, a prestigious local vineyard.
