To celebrate 30 years since the official opening of Northampton & Lamport Railway we’re putting on our biggest Gala yet!
This special 3-day event will feature:
Guest loco - ex-Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway '27' class 0-6-0 No.52322
An intensive timetable of steam and heritage diesel-hauled passenger trains and demonstration freight trains, including the ironstone tippler wagons.

Pop-up beer stall

52322 will be the first tender locomotive to operate on our line in the preservation era, and only the 5th former 'main line' engine to run on the NLR since we re-opened to the public in 1996.
