Breathe… is a UK premiere by Jazz Ely, an exciting new artist in Colchester’s creative scene. In Escaped Alone by Caryl Churchill, four women meet in a garden. They chat, they sing, they laugh. It’s life as we know it, with the apocalypse all too close for comfort. In Breathe... Sam and Callum make the big decision to start a family, until Michael ‘burst your’ Bublé shows up with his band of breathers. Plagued by the past, taunted by Tik Tok, obsessed with breathing, blinking, swallowing…Sam’s story is not linear, and neither is recovery. Suitable for ages 16+.
