But now the deer are back and Parkwood Springs is set to be our country park in the city. We will walk around parts of Parkwood Springs, originally a medieval deer park, now a 150 hectare (370 acre) green open space which the ongoing masterplan sets out to make into 'Our Country Park In The City', only a mile from the centre of Sheffield.
