Also pick up an eye-spy trail based on the theme Architecture and see if you can spot all the buildings and features on display. The Armitt is once again opening its doors for Heritage Open Days. This year you can explore our temporary exhibitions for free on Saturday 20 September, including: Beatrix Potter's summers in the Lake District A Battle of Ambleside Alfred Wainwright We'll also have a special eye spy trail around the museum focused on the theme of Architecture.
