Our church may have been built on an earlier Pagan site. Our Earliest Church record is a purchase of sacramental Oils in 1080-6. The building is Ragstone and on first sight it appears entirely as perpendicular church. There is a clerestoried Nave with South porch and lean to in south aisle, continued as a chapel to the East.
