We look forward to opening the Powerhouse doors for Heritage Open Days on Sat 13 Sep, 11am-4pm The Daimler site was destroyed during the Blitz and the building known as the ‘Powerhouse’ is all that remains. Built in 1907 to power the factories and foundries on-site, through its regeneration as a cultural creation centre, it continues to be a place for inventiveness, excellence and creativity.
