Visit this beautiful art deco building and the home of Retford Freemasonry. Freemasonry is one of the oldest social and charitable organisations in the world, it is also currently one of the largest contributors to charity in the UK. Retford Masonic Hall has been the home of Freemasonry in Retford for over 60 years. Formerly the Ritz Cinema, the cinema closed its doors in 1957 and was purchased in 1962 by local Freemasons who offered the building a new lease of life.
