Heritage Open Day: A beautiful medieval church in Sheldon with a timber roof dating from the 14th century. St Giles Church Sheldon is a Grade II* listed building serving the suburb of Sheldon in Birmingham. It is mostly 14th Century (including a timber roof) with some Victorian restoration. The tower dates from 1461. The Nave and North Aisle are accessible. The Chancel has one step. Toilets, including disabled, are available in the Church Hall.
