Sat 20 Sep:10.00-16.00; Free Entry.
St Mary's Church, Church Lane, Winfarthing IP22 2EA
Heritage Open Day: Visit a mini Anglo-Saxon camp with experienced living historians to discover what life was like for ordinary people around the time the Winfarthing Woman was buried with her fine golden jewellery. Come and meet and talk to them and watch them at work, and perhaps even try out some Anglo-Saxon activities for yourself. There will also be a chance to see our display about the Winfarthing Treasure and tea, coffee, and cakes available...
