Although a small town, Bampton’s Architecture is varied and spans many architectural fashions. Our exhibition of the buildings and the Church is a journey through Bampton's built environment. Our special display showing some of Bampton's most important buildings and their history will be on show in one of its oldest buildings, the 13th-century church. There will also be an exhibition and tour revealing the intriguing structural and design changes in response to the times, ecclesiastical fashion and social need.
