Loudon’s innovative design features and vision, the global origins of some of the specimens, and the Arboretum’s historical significance. Derby Arboretum is a public park and arboretum in the city of Derby, and is listed as Grade II* on the Historic England Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in England.
