St Peter's Church, Dormer Place, Leamington Spa CV32 5AA Heritage Open Day: A chance to visit a rare example of a Church with its associated Presbytery designed in the 13th Century Lombardic style. St Peter's was designed by one of the leading Victorian ecclesiastical architects, Henry Clutton (1819-1893). It was built between 1862 and 1864, thanks to the generosity of two ladies from the congregation. There are some very fine stained-glass windows by Hardman (Birmingham) and Dury (Warwick) as well as monuments from the former George Street Chapel, including one to a Waterloo veteran by Augustus Pugin.
