Heritage Open Day: Saturday 13th, Wednesday 17th & Saturday 20th September. 10:00am-2:00pm. Come and discover one of the UK's first libraries hidden in Halton Village with rare books/collection and its connection with St Mary's Church, Halton and with Halton Castle. You will have an opportunity to look at St Mary's Church, Halton and some old books and treasurers in Halton Village, if not the whole of Runcorn, with permission of the current Vicar of Halton and Library Keeper, The Reverend Simon Skidmore B.D.
