Handcross, near Haywards Heath RH17 6EB Join us for a gentle 3-mile, 2-hour walk through Nymans' woodland, lakes and streams, a perfect way to explore nature and meet new people. Booking essential. Call 0344 249 1895. This event is free. Wednesdays 27 August, 24 September, 29 October 2025, 26 November 2025, 11am to 1pm Normal admission applies if you go on to visit Nymans and the cafe. This 3-mile walk is designed to be gentle and enjoyable, giving you the chance to meet new people, explore beautiful places and build confidence walking in the countryside. You'll be guided along well-loved routes through woodland, streams, and lake views, walking as part of a group where you'll feel safe, supported, and never left behind. The walk ends back at Nymans reception. This event is not suitable for children. Please meet at Visitor Reception. Please wear footwear and clothing suitable for the weather and terrain. The woods can be muddy and slippery in wet weather. The track is uneven and there are some steeper climbs, there are some steps, but the walk can be adapted to avoid them, if needed.
