Booking closes 7 days in advance Haddenham Arts Centre 20 High St, Haddenham, Ely CB6 3XA You will learn the amazing qualities of willow and techniques to make a traditional round basket. This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as returning students who want to upgrade their skills. This can include making handles or more complex border patterns. Willow weaving is a great way to learn about traditional techniques and natural materials. Share the company of family or make new friends while learning on the day. Maximum 6 places to enable a really good learning experience. All tools and materials are supplied. This workshop is suitable for returning students to refine and develop more skills. Workshops are led by sculptor and weaver Jane Frost who will provide you with a range of techniques to make baskets or sculpture. Jane will help you make your piece and everyone will go home with a finished basket they can be proud of.
