Taking over Reuters Plaza (E14 5AJ) from 12pm, the red-hot truck will be serving 1,000 free bowls of Wasabi’s spiciest dish yet, alongside music, games, and plenty of photo-worthy moments. The star of the event is Flaming Korean Fire Chicken with rice – tender chicken tossed in glossy red fire sauce, paired with red peppers, crisp Asian slaw, and fluffy rice.
