On Friday 26th September from 12pm, 1,000 free bowls of Wasabi’s Flaming Korean Fire Chicken will be served from a firetruck-inspired pop-up at St Ann’s Square. The sizzling activation is part of a UK-wide firetruck tour, which kicked off in London and will continue to Leeds later in the week. Crowds can test their spice limits with an interactive Hot or Not button, take part in fiery games, enjoy a high-energy playlist, and capture plenty of photo-worthy moments. The Flaming Korean Fire Chicken features tender chicken coated in Wasabi’s signature fire sauce, served with crisp Asian slaw and fluffy rice.
