Every beer has a journey behind it – Paul will share not just what’s in the glass, but also the stories of the brewers, the cellars, and the hidden bars where he tracked them down. It’s part tasting, part storytelling, and all about celebrating the adventure of beer. This has become a cherished Brewery Market tradition: gathering in December for an evening of rare beers, festive atmosphere and the kind of knowledge and passion only Paul can bring.
