The extra heat and light encourages us to be more active and social. Our day of gently paced activity will help us to restore the balance to avoid irritablity and restlessness; finding inner harmony with seasonal qigong, relaxing breathwork and focussed meditation. The venue is the historic Barley Village Hall, on the lush, green banks of Pendle Water, in a beautiful wood panelled room with a view of nature, at the foot of Pendle Hill. Guests and beginners are very welcome.
