Life has a way of pulling you out of yourself. Little by little, tension takes over—tight shoulders, shallow breathing, that familiar stiffness that makes you feel older than you truly are. The ease you once had fades, replaced by effort and discomfort. This workshop led by John Stevenson AKA The Somatic Empath is your opportunity to change that. In this calm, grounding evening session, you’ll reconnect with the natural poise that still lives within you. Using a gentle blend of Alexander Technique guidance and energy realignment, you’ll discover how your body can soften, lengthen and reorganise itself without strain. This isn’t about pushing. It’s about allowing your body to find its natural intelligence again. During this 90-minute session, you will: • Release long-held physical tension draining your energy • Discover simple movements that free your spine, neck and breath • Let go of emotional weight stored in your posture • Feel more centred, grounded and quietly confident • Leave with renewed ease you can bring into daily life The atmosphere is steady, reassuring and warmly held—offering the balance of calm and gentle masculine direction so many have been missing. Who is this for? This evening is for you if you’re feeling achy, tense or disconnected from the spark you once had, so if you long to feel lighter, looser and more at home in your body again, you’ll feel fully supported here...
