If you are wanting to learn to sing you'll find just what you were looking for with us in the Ipswich Rock Choir. The Ipswich Rock Choir is led by Suffolk based musician Lee Birnie. Our UK top twenty album gave ordinary people the chance to become chart-topping singers, and Rock Choir is continually giving our members bigger and better opportunities to achieve things they never thought they could do - from supporting national charities like Comic Relief, Missing People and Refuge to singing at the UK's top performing arts venues such as the Hammersmith Apollo. But through all this excitement, we never lose track of our local community roots. Visit this link https://rockchoir.com/events-and-performances-near-you to see more about our activities in Suffolk. We sing in Ipswich every week during term time. You can join the choir by going to rockchoir.com or you can also book a FREE singing taster session to try it beforehand. If you feel you're not ready to join a choir yet, why not find out where you can see the choir performing next by visiting our choir gigs page at rockchoir.com. There you can come along to see what we're all about - local people bringing the local Ipswich community together through something as simple as singing for fun. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement...
