Ray Bradshaw: CODA
Thu 26 Mar 26
8pm, Studio
Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, Altwood Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 4PF
1 in 6 adults in the UK will lose their hearing in their lifetime; two of those are Ray Bradshaw’s parents. The multi award winning comedian is back on tour with a brand new show all about growing up as a CODA: A Child of Deaf Adults. Ray’s previous shows Deaf Com One and Doppelginger were huge successes and sold out theatres across the world. As this show is all about growing up with deaf parents every show of CODA will have a BSL interpreter. Ray has previously supported John Bishop on his UK arena tour after John described him as ‘one of the best comedians in the country’. 'A hilarious natural funny storyteller' Frankie Boyle 'One of the best comedians in the country' John Bishop 'Bradshaw is raucously funny … captivating, funny and sharply executed' ? BroadwayBaby.com 'funny and fascinating… one in six of us will lose our sense of hearing. Deaf Comedy Fam proves it doesn’t mean you have to lose your sense of humour' The Scotsman 'this years most groundbreaking show' Short.com 'I grinned from ear to ear for the entire hour' Voice Magazine 'Has a clear comedy gift' Edinburgh Evening News Age guidance 14+ years Studio £21.50 | £18.50 conc...
