Mount House occupies a ½ acre of walled gardens overlooked by St Sampson's Church. Architect designed, the gardens are undergoing a substantial restoration, having been neglected for many years. The designs includes herbaceous borders containing rare species in variety, grassed mounds, lawns, trees, shrubs, ferns, glasshouse, water-feature, and sculpture.
