Avenue Cottage, Totnes TQ9 7UT 11 acre woodland valley garden containing many rare and unusual trees and shrubs with views over the River Dart AONB. Azaleas, hydrangeas and magnolias are a speciality. A spring rising in the garden under a massive rhododendron feeds two ponds and a small stream running through a meadow with mown paths.
