South of Polaris are an emerging acoustic folk duo based in the UK, noted for blending traditional folk storytelling with influences from southern Spanish flamenco and rock. Danii Reales (vocals, violin) and Saúl Díaz (electro-classical guitar), offer an intoxicating blend of heartfelt, relatable lyrics, laced with brilliantly evocative violin, and Spanish inspired classic guitar. Featured on BBC Introducing, and Nominated for NMG Awards, South Of Polaris are ascending starts of the independent music scene, captivating audiences and seducing them with their sultry Andalusian inspired, uplifting cocktail of genres. There is something wonderfully familiar burning under the bonnet of this inspiring duo, which will simulations transport you to the warm evenings of southern Spain, whilst calling up some of the deepest emotions of Love, loss and heartbreak.
