About the workshop Always wanted to have a go at watercolour painting? Painted a long time ago but can't remember your ultramarine from your cerulean? Join Claire over two sessions as you explore the joys of colour mixing; mark making; wet-in-wet; and painting snow, sea, flowers and trees with this beautiful and versatile medium. Learn the secrets of watercolour in a safe and kind environment. You do not need to be good at drawing to enjoy this class. Suitable for beginners and those wishing to be reminded of the basics. All materials supplied. About the tutor Claire is a self-taught artist who learned by experimenting with art. Like many people she started with watercolour and has since found that she also loves working in acrylics, colour pencil, ink and all types of drawing. She loves learning new techniques and helping people to get the best out of their artistic journey. Claire is inspired by wildlife and the beautiful Oxfordshire landscapes which surround us. She loves a daily sketch challenge and in 2025 drew a bird every day of the year!...
