Little City East Sussex - part of an award-winning UK franchise - is a completely mobile pop-up role play experience for children aged 0–6, launched in March 2026 by Dani, a Brighton-born single mum who is passionate about imaginative, screen-free play for little ones. We’re really excited to be bringing Little City to Hassocks, popping up at Adastra Hall on the second Wednesday of each month, with sessions at 9:30am and 11am. Little City transforms community spaces into a beautifully set-up miniature town, designed especially for young children. Little ones can dress up as their favourite characters, run a busy café or supermarket, deliver letters in the post office, fix vehicles in the garage, explore construction play and discover many other imagination-sparking role play stations. Each session encourages creative play, confidence building, early communication skills, social interaction and problem-solving, all through child-led exploration. It’s also a lovely opportunity for parents, grandparents and carers to join in the fun, connect with other local families, or simply relax with a coffee while their little one plays. If you’re looking for things to do with toddlers and preschoolers in Hassocks, Little City is a wonderful way to enjoy screen-free play and imaginative adventures together.
