Morris Dancing: The Hobby You Didn’t Know You Needed Fancy trying something fun that doesn’t involve spreadsheets, school runs, or pretending you enjoy the gym? Morris dancing might be your new favourite escape. You get to stomp around to great music, shake a few bells, and wave things in the air without anyone judging you. The steps are easy, the atmosphere is relaxed, and no one expects you to be graceful—just enthusiastic. Best of all, the people are brilliant. You’ll meet friendly grown-ups who’ve decided that life’s too short not to dance with sticks and ribbons. There’s usually a pub involved too, which helps.
